Hi, I'm Michelle

My Story

I started my career in brand management at Procter & Gamble in food and beverage, but several years later, I jumped at the opportunity to move to the pharmaceutical division to lead their Women’s Health strategy. I found that I loved the combination of learning about disease states, drug mechanisms of action, and the patient or consumer stories that showed the importance of finding new therapies and treatments. I identified licensing opportunities, built business cases, and negotiated several deals before P&G sold the pharmaceutical division. I also led development of a new women’s health product with the Feminine Care division and the Tampax brand.

After leaving P&G and an international move to Peru, I returned to the U.S. and worked for several technology companies in strategy, product, and marketing roles. I’ve seen the power technology has to shape and change our lives; yet, it sometimes misses the human perspective in product design or brand strategy and communications. My consumer products perspective and focus on the customer can help companies build strategies based on insights and stay in touch with the human side.

Today, I am passionate about working in healthcare, technology, and the intersection of the two to improve the lives of consumers. I am a RIVA-trained moderator and have deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative consumer research, along with strategic planning, branding, and marketing experience. I love working collaboratively with innovative and growing companies to bring new ideas to life.
